I’m grabbing a few minutes in between Saturday before Thanksgiving craziness! My parents are here in Orlando but so far are no shows to the house. I want to take my mom to the art show that ends in 3 hours, hurry…hurry…hurry. I made a recipe from A Pinch of Salt Lake for tonight, homemade calzone with sauce, it’s one of our favorites. I also made a cake that Cathie gave me a recipe for, but I tweaked it a bit and made it all chocolate. Tomorrow we are having my in-laws over and some other friends for a welcome home lunch for Tommy. I’m going to make another Utah recipe, ginger pork, this time out of the Lion House Christmas book.

Just Skyped with Tommy, he is sitting at the St. Louis airport, technology is awesome!
